Singer/songwriter 'Dott Richey' was born & raised in Chicago, IL. With a family of musicians surrounding him, Dott grew to have a great appreciation for music. “I was introduced to such a wide range of music at a young age; The sounds stuck with me & I have grown to love all different lanes of music.” Dott began singing at the age of 10, inspired by the likes of Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, & Garth Brooks. Knowing music was his only ambition, at the age of 16 he began sharpening his writing skills, & learning the technical aspects of creating music.

Currently working on his first solo project, entitled “Moments Recorded,” Dott spends his days & nights in the studio consistently. “I put my all into what I do. When you're doing something you love, it never feels like a job, & you never get tired of doing it.”
