Ray Aaron is a singer/songwriter born in New Jersey, but a true country boy at heart. As a young boy his parents exposed him to legendary country superstars like Johnny Cash, George Jones, George Strait, Tammy Wynette and many more. As a young man he embraced classic rock and heavy metal as a drummer in several local bands. During the 90's Ray headed back to his country roots to do what he loves best. Singing and songwriting is a passion that Ray is very dedicated to. Today his main influences are Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Clint Black, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith and many others. He is a natural performer who enjoys entertaining his fans!!
Ray performs around New Jersey as well as in Nashville, Tennessee. He has had the opportunity to perform at some legendary locations in New Jersey including the Stone Pony and in Nashville including Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, The Stage, Legends and Rippy's on the Roof.
Ray's debut album, "Fillin' up the Love Tank," was recorded in a top Nashville recording studio. The songs on this album are the collaborations of some extremely talented individuals with a love of writing and performing great music.
