About the Artist
Jackson has been performing music of all styles including orchestras, ensembles, marching bands, and rock bands since he was 3 years old.
With five years of music education from Wilkes University, he has studied instruments, such as piano, clarinet, sax, guitar, brass, and some percussion. With knowledge in classical, jazz, and contemporary genres, and with extensive music theory training, he has received over 50 different trophies, medals, and accolades for various accomplishments in his musical career.
Songwriting has become more of a main objective in recent years, however, he has written award winning original pieces for grade school and high school competitions.
From the age of 16, he has been a part of such rock bands as The Lounge Lizards, Cherry Pie, Simon Sez, and most recently, the newly formed rock band Jigsaw Johnny.
