Joseph Vincent is a 19 year old singer/songwriter from Southern California. Growing up in the San Fernando Valley, Joseph had an open ear for music, listening to all types of genres from hip-hop to rock to acoustic. Picking his first acoustic guitar at the age of 15, Joseph started quickly playing covers of artists like Jack Johnson and Jason Mraz. Jack Johnson's inspiration of simplicity encouraged Joseph's desire to write his own songs. One year later after picking up that acoustic guitar, knowing only a couple of chords, he wrote his first 2 songs, "On My mind" and "Here for You". Ever since then he's been writing song after song and performing where ever and whenever he can. He has played at well known LA venues such as The Knitting Factory, El Rey Theatre, The Roxy Theatre, and the Troubadour,while also playing at smaller intimate venues such as The Verity Room, The Daily Grind, and your usual coffee shops. You better look out for this guy because one day you'll hear Joseph Vincent's rhythmic tunes playing on the radio.
