Maxd On Jazmine

Maxd On Jazmine hails from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and cut his teeth playing songs at local clubs and venues around South Florida. Maxd On Jazmine is a pseudonym for self-taught singer/songwriter Barry Tant. The name Maxd On Jazmine comes from the names of his two cats Max and Jazmine. To date Maxd On Jazmine has two albums Spawn (2008) and Forward Backward Forward (2011). The first album was a self recorded EP with mild success, but on the sophomore album MOJ takes his songs to a different level with a studio recorded album. Forward Backward Forward is a mix of acoustic and electric guitars, which is different from the full acoustic album Spawn. Maxd On Jazmine is currently touring in support of his sophore release Forward Backward Forward.
