PlayWide River

Wide River, track number one off the Meg Johnson Band's debut disc is a good summation of the more bluegrass-influenced, acoustic side of the band. It's an uplifting, uptempo jaunt with some fine playing on behalf of regular Dobro/Steel player Kevin Maul (Burns Sisters, No Outlet) and Guest Mandolinist Steve Mayone (Bow Thayer, Chris Delmhorst). It's received a lot of airplay around their Home base, Woodstock, NY. Hope you enjoy it as well!
