Wow, nice tune, but my god what did the engineer do to the vocals??!! Really, they are distorted to the point I can't discern lyrics. It's the EQ- the highs are irritating, and the resonance I THINK you probably have has been limited way too much. Perhaps step back from the mic when recording? Perhaps new mic? Perhaps a new engineer? (haha- sorry) It concerns me when good songs/bands are at the mercy of either an uninspired or inexperienced (or burnt out?) engineers and/or producers. Consider a remix? GOOD LUCK!!! (meant with best of intentions)
