A little too literal for my tastes lyrically, I get why because of the tribute but sometimes other words can flow better and get across the same message to the listener. Recording quality is good, intro is too long mainly because there's not enough happening to justify the length. Instrumentation and musicianship is solid. I think this song could be more successful if it wasn't so specifically tied to Michael Behenna but I'm assuming this was considered and not meant for appealing to soldiers as a whole.
