I actually wrote this after visiting a nursing home not too far from my hometown to do an acoustic show. When I went to leave a little lady grabbed the door trying to follow me out and the nurses pulled her back inside and she was crying and saying "I JUST WANT TO GO". It really touched me and I just had to write it!
