Playold version of Honey

A stand-alone vocal performance such as this usually tends to be one you either love or hate, and (being kind) I did not love this performance. It does take intestinal fortitude to attempt, I will say, and I salute you for trying. There usually needs to be a strong thematic reason for trying this, though, and I just don't see that in this work, which sounds more like spoken dialogue excerpted from an argument, captured and repackaged with an occasionally discernible melody line and passed off as a "song." Please come back when you're more interested in making music than a point to your boyfriend or husband that I'm not sure I need to hear about.
