70 Lewis is a young Cleveland-based original pop/rock band slowly shaking up the music scene. These young guys know no limits to their musical abilities. They have defined themselves not just as a group of 4 musicians dedicated to serving people through music, but as a band who is confident in their ability to please listeners from all corners of the world. They understand that their unique abilities are able to serve as the glue to hold together the timelessness of the music industry and the future that it faces. Able to appeal to casual listeners, as well as the most knowledgeable of music experts; play amplified OR acoustic, 70 Lewis has proven their ability to sustain.
From the city of Lakewood, Ohio 70 Lewis met through high school musical ensembles. A strong friendship and emotional connection between Mike, Scott, Chris, and Kenny provides comfort and familiarity to bring an energetic show sure to capture the approval of any crowd. Having members whose parents have toured with Brooks and Dunn, who are friends of iconic guitar legend Neil Zaza, and who have played on stage with members of the Trans Siberian Orchestra, 70 Lewis knows the challenges of the road ahead.
A live show extends beyond their immediate appearance - the band mixes in elements of various styles, has members switching instruments, and employs unique yet accessible harmonies, solo’s that are respectable yet not overbearing, and unexpected surprises along the way. Their mission is to truly put on a show!
They've had many performances in the last year - a year that also included going to school, recording an EP, and managing themselves. The 70 Lewis live atmosphere can take you from the glamour of Miami Beach, to packed-in house-parties at colleges; from intimate live radio performances, to the best venues that Ohio and other Midwest cities have to offer. All of this comes from their mutual dream of one day being able to look back and say, “we did it”.
