Certain signs have surrounded this band from the start, and everyone in Canossa knows that music is what they are supposed to do. Formed in the summer of 2008, Canossa is a group that sticks out in the local metal scene. Canossa is putting their own twist on an "outdated" style of metal which makes them unique.

Small lineup changes occurred during the early stages of the band. Months passed and Canossa paved their way through the suburban Chicago metal scene. The new members incredible talent and maturity that solidified their place in what the band is hoping will become the face of Canossa.

Through pounding verses, powerful choruses, and the occasional face smashing breakdown...Canossa is here to change the way people look at heavy music.
