About Dead Kalm
Dead Kalm first showed its roots to the underground world of Nashville in 1995. Created by two brothers Wesley and Jeffrey Ivey, Dead Kalm started out as a personal playback, a type of therapy through music. Dead Kalm drew first blood in 1998 with there self titled debut album, The Dead Kalm. The Dead Kalm was recorded at Flatwood Studio in Lebanon TN with Tabby Crabb of Musark Records and made it's first mark on the underground music scene. Since the release, Dead Kalm has been refered to as “The Shakespere Nightmare” by All The Rage Magazine and " The Kalm before the Storm" by the Nashville Scene city Entertainment paper. The groups second release “Tarantula” in 2008 launched the group into a new world and direction. With brand new fans and the start of Iveywood Studio, Dead Kalm has returned for a third studio album in 2011.Gothic Rap has a face with The Dead Kalm…. .
