The layering of melodic voices blends well on "High." The breakdown adds so much more to the song, as great breakdowns often do. So many songs have great rhythms and builds, and that's all, but they fail to slow things to then rebuild up to the ever-important final chorus, which should always be the loudest and most involved part of the song. Song producers and arrangers sometimes forget about this basic rule, and are left wondering why their song just doesn't have enough juice, for some reason. Well, not dropping down and then building up to the creshendo is the reason. But Vinci, you seem to put an emphasise on breaks and interludes, which makes your music that much more rich and complex, as some music says nothing, while others speak novels, which you always seem to do.

"Breathe Again" is a haunting and beautiful song with many layers that I can't help but take many scooopfuls from again and again. I played it many times after hearing it for the first time, which tells me right off that it truly is a great ballad. Thank you Frankie for making such beautiful music. I needed to hear something with feeling after dark times have crept up on me yet again, and only the sound of beuatiful music such as this can lift my dragging and ailing spirit.
