Coming from a foundation of soul music and surf rock, Sol Surfers have crafted an original sound with a cohesive melding of lyrics, melody, rhythm and vibe that is both gritty and ethereal. Think Pink Floyd meets Bob Dylan.
We recently were notified that our song, Sacred Moon's Light has been selected by the Progressive Rock Hall of Fame to be included in their upcoming CD Soundscapes Volume One.
Our just released CD is garnering great reviews in the music press.
Our new CD Terra Nocturne has been compared to Pink Floyd and features well crafted and beautifully produced songs.
The music on Terra Nocturne is currently being played on XM Radio's station Fine Tuning.
All members of the group have extensive professional experience performing live for many years. The band plays original songs with a classic rock feel described as "new-age, retro-psychedelic."
