RENEE COOPER

Tahesha Renee, a rising r & b singer and song writer from North Carolina. Born, Tahesha Renee Cooper on June 2, 1980 began playing piano at the age of five and never looked back. Renee is an accomplished musician. In addition to being a classical trained pianist, Renee also plays saxophone and clarinet. Throughout her high school career, Renee has written and arranged numerous original pieces for her high school band. She decided to expand her knowledge as a musician after high school receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Music from the University of North Carolina in 2002. After graduating, Renee began pursuing a career as a singer and songwriter. Renee soon discovered her talent for writing and making beats. She has written many pieces and produced much of her first album. After relocated to Durham NC, Renee began working with Rated R Records to record her sophomore album collaborating with Lil YIT and other different artist and producer’s, “Renee” became Rated R. Records first female R&B artist. And together they have created a sound that would have people wondering “who is this “.
