The cuban lead guitar & bass player,songwriter Rene'Soler is quite famous in Cuba for having played with the best local orchestras and vocals band from 1970 to 1990, and has been resident in Rome Italy from 1991. Rene'Soler formed new band's with fellow cuban and latinoamerican musicians resident in Italy, such as: Onda Latina & Swing Latino in 1995-96 Son de la loma in 1996-98 - Son de Cuba in 1998-99 & RenéSoler & his SondeCuba from 2000 . With all these bands he has participated in severals Festivals of Latin jazz & latinoamerican Music everywhere in Italy such as: LATINOAMERICANDO Festival in 1994,95,96,97- The EUR Festival in Rome 1994,95,96 - The Jazz By the Sea in Fano 1996,97,98. Fiesta Festival in Rome 1998,99,2000,2005 - Altri Mundi Fetsival 1998,99,2000,2004,2006 - Rotterdam jazz Festival 2005 - Graz Jazz Austria 2005 - Turin Festival 2008. Montecarlo Sporting Club Word Festival 2008.

Son de Cuba is a project wich was conceived and create by the cuban guitar player,composer Rene'Soler, with the participation of cubans and latinoamerican musicians and dancers living in Italy. Son de Cuba recreates the latin sound and the dancing they rhytms such as: Son cubano, going from Jazz latino to the exquisite melodies of Boleros and Bachatas but never wander far away from the typical rhytms of the Afrocuban and Caraibic tradition

Rene'Soler & his SondeCuba offers a very lively and exiting show where the public is one with the show and is taken in by the Salsa, Merengue, Cha cha cha', Cumbia, Reggaeton, Rock & Jazz latino
